1. Description of Services

CryptoNow provides technical infrastructure for accepting cryptocurrency payments, including payment pages, invoices, APIs, transaction verification, and webhooks.

CryptoNow does not control or hold customer payment funds or merchant payout funds. Payments are sent to wallet addresses configured by the merchant. CryptoNow only maintains internal service and referral balances used within the CryptoNow account system.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms, that you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law, and that you will comply with all laws, sanctions rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Services.

3. Accounts and Security

If you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Non-Custodial Nature, Transaction Finality, and Timers

Crypto payments are normally irreversible after confirmation by the relevant blockchain. CryptoNow does not provide chargebacks or automatically reverse a blockchain transaction.

A customer must send the exact amount, coin, and network to the address shown in the invoice before it expires.

A payment sent after expiry, to the wrong address or network, with the wrong coin or amount, or through an invalid link may not be credited automatically and may be lost.

Blockchain congestion, required confirmations, wallet errors, provider outages, network changes, token defects, and incorrect customer actions may delay or prevent verification.

After sending a transaction, do not send another payment for the same invoice unless CryptoNow explicitly instructs you to do so.

If a payment is not confirmed, does not appear, or another payment issue occurs, contact CryptoNow at [email protected] or through the Contact page. Include the invoice link or ID and the txid, if available. We will review the payment, but manual crediting is not guaranteed.

5. Fees

CryptoNow charges a commission for processing payments. Current pricing is displayed on the Site or in the Services.

For API v1, the customer pays the invoice amount plus the CryptoNow fee. The merchant receives the exact amount entered when the invoice is created, while the CryptoNow fee is sent to the CryptoNow fee wallet. For example, a $1.00 invoice results in $1.00 to the merchant and a $0.01 CryptoNow fee paid by the customer. Read more

For API v2, the fee is fixed when the invoice is created and is charged from the merchant's CryptoNow service balance only after a successful payment. The merchant receives the full invoice amount directly to the configured wallet. No fee is charged for an unpaid or expired invoice. Read more

The CryptoNow service balance is a prepayment for platform fees and services. It is used exclusively within CryptoNow and is not available for withdrawal to a wallet, transfer to other users, or exchange for money or cryptocurrency. Any refund requests are reviewed separately; these Terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law. These restrictions do not apply to referral payouts, which are governed by the referral program terms.

6. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are solely responsible for the goods or services they offer, customer support, refunds, taxes, accounting, statements made to customers, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. CryptoNow does not provide refunds and does not resolve disputes between merchants and customers.

Merchants must ensure that wallet addresses, payout settings, webhook targets, API credentials, and all payment-related configuration are accurate and secure. CryptoNow is not responsible for merchant-side misconfiguration, merchant infrastructure failures, or compromise of merchant-controlled systems.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for checking the payment details and the transaction they approve in their wallet, including the amount, currency, network, recipient addresses, and fees, before initiating a payment.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for illegal activities or to facilitate unlawful conduct. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to use the Services for:
- Fraud, scams, deceptive practices, chargeback abuse, or payment manipulation
- Malware, hacking, unauthorized access, credential attacks, or attacks against the Services or third parties
- Sale of illegal goods or services, including drugs or controlled substances, weapons or ammunition, child sexual abuse material or exploitation content, extremist or terrorist content, counterfeit or forged documents, and Ponzi schemes or similar fraud
- Activities that violate the rights of others, sanctions restrictions, anti-money-laundering rules, or other applicable law

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe the Services are being used for prohibited activities.

9. Service Availability

The Services are provided as available. CryptoNow depends on blockchain networks, wallets, RPC and indexing providers, market data providers, hosting, email, security tools, and other third parties. Outages, maintenance, delays, incorrect external data, and network changes may affect the Services.

We work to fix issues quickly, but the Services may contain bugs or errors. If you experience a problem, contact us via the Contacts

CryptoNow depends on third-party wallets, blockchain networks, RPC providers, market data providers, hosting, email providers, and other external infrastructure. CryptoNow is not responsible for outages, delays, inaccurate data, or failures caused by these third parties.

CryptoNow may temporarily place the Site, payment pages, account features, and API v1 or API v2 into technical maintenance mode while updates, migrations, diagnostics, security work, or infrastructure changes are performed. During this period affected API requests may return HTTP 503. Any displayed restoration time is an estimate only. Access resumes when CryptoNow ends technical maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoNow is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, failed transactions, wrong-address payments, market movements, blockchain conditions, provider failures, merchant misconfiguration, or customer mistakes. No system or blockchain service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by CryptoNow are owned by CryptoNow or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from them except as allowed by applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine it is necessary to protect the Services, users, merchants, customers, third parties, or our legitimate interests.

13. Referral Program and Referral Payout Requests

CryptoNow may credit referral rewards from CryptoNow service fees generated by eligible successful payments. Referral rewards are not customer payment funds.

CryptoNow may also offer an increased referral share of up to 70% to selected partners. This is partner status, not an automatic upgrade for every user. To be considered, a user must refer at least one merchant who completes a valid successful payment through CryptoNow, either through the API or the dashboard.

Meeting the minimum condition does not guarantee partner status. CryptoNow reviews partner requests individually and looks at referral quality, merchant activity, business fit, fraud risk, self-referrals, fake activity, misleading promotion, and compliance with these Terms. Referral rules do not change the processing of customer payments. Limited referral-program data may be visible to the relevant referrer as described in the Privacy Policy.

Referral payout requests are reviewed manually and may only be requested once the minimum payout threshold displayed in the Services has been reached. When submitting a payout request, you must provide a valid Solana wallet address that you control. CryptoNow may reject, delay, request additional review for, or hold a payout request if the provided data is invalid, inconsistent, suspicious, abusive, or requires compliance or risk review.

If you register through a referral link and verify your email, the referrer will be able to see limited referral-program data related to your account, such as your displayed name, a masked email address, your referral status, join date, payment counts, and referral earnings generated through your successful payments.

14. Applicable Law and Interpretation

These Terms are intended to be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Where mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected. Any dispute related to the Services will be handled in the forum and under the law required or permitted by the applicable law for the operator of the Services, unless mandatory law requires a different forum or rule.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
