This Privacy Policy explains how CryptoNow ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the Site (https://cryptnow.io) and the Services.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.
If you need privacy-related help, you can contact us through the contact page, [email protected], or [email protected].

- We do not use analytics or advertising cookies at this time.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse
- Process payments, payment sessions, referral activity, and payout requests
- Respond to support requests and business inquiries
- Comply with legal obligations, investigate suspicious activity, and improve security
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with service providers that help operate the Services, such as hosting, CDN, monitoring, wallet-connectivity, blockchain infrastructure, quote providers, and email delivery providers. We may disclose data if required by law, to enforce our Terms, to investigate abuse, or to protect the Services, users, merchants, customers, or third parties.
We use third-party monitoring and security tools such as Sentry to detect errors and keep the Services stable. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on registration, login, and password reset. These providers may process technical data such as IP address, device information, and request metadata. For SOL payments, quote providers and blockchain infrastructure providers may receive technical request metadata necessary to return market quotes, route blockchain requests, or verify payment-related data.
4. Data Retention
We retain payment records, security logs, and audit records for as long as reasonably necessary to protect the Services, resolve disputes, support merchant operations, comply with legal obligations, and maintain financial and security records. Some data, including payment history, session history, webhook logs, and security-related logs, may be retained for an extended period or indefinitely where needed for security, anti-fraud, accounting, dispute, compliance, or operational reasons.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard data to an appropriate standard for the Services.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via the Contacts.
We may decline, limit, or delay a request where we need to retain data for security, fraud prevention, compliance, accounting, technical integrity, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal and operational reasons.
7. Referral Program and Referral Payout Requests
If you submit a referral payout request, we store the request amount, the payout wallet address you provide, the processing status of the request, transaction identifiers when available, and related timestamps.
We also store technical metadata related to referral payout requests, such as IP address, user-agent, device or request metadata, and account identifiers, to prevent abuse, investigate disputes, support manual review, and maintain audit records.
If you register through a referral link and verify your email, the referrer will be able to see limited referral-program data related to your account, such as your displayed name, a masked email address, your referral status, join date, payment counts, and referral earnings generated through your successful payments.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date.
